Who we are
whedo.it Cloud is an Australian-owned managed IT provider based in Alkimos, right here in the City of Wanneroo. Since 2011 we’ve been the everyday IT department for small and growing businesses across Perth’s northern suburbs and around the country – Microsoft 365, Azure, cyber security, backup and a help desk that answers the phone.
We do the Microsoft cloud properly, by one team: a Microsoft Cloud Partner running Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and the full Microsoft security stack as a single managed service, with Acronis Cyber Protect and a 24/7 security operations centre behind it. One vendor, one monthly bill, one number to call – that’s how we keep our clients always online.
What we’ve done for the club
When the club’s old website lapsed in 2026 and took the content with it, whedo.it stepped in – at no cost to the club – to bring it back and set it up for the long term:
- Recovered the entire site – every page, news post, event, photo and PDF form – from internet archives after the old WordPress site and hosting expired.
- Rebuilt it as a fast, secure, modern website with no database to hack, no plugins to patch and no hosting bill – and kept the look members were used to.
- Free hosting, domain management and SSL, protected and accelerated by Cloudflare.
- A simple editor so committee members can post news, events, photos and the home-page announcements themselves from any browser – no technical knowledge needed.
- Local search set-up so people in Wanneroo, Joondalup, Alkimos and the surrounding suburbs find the club on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
- Ongoing maintenance and support, pro bono, for as long as the club needs it.
Why we do it
Our director Warren Ephron is a local, and the Wanneroo Tennis Club is the kind of community organisation that makes the northern suburbs worth living in. Keeping the club visible, bookable and online is a small way for a local business to give something back.
