Sets will be played on a timed basis with each round lasting 25 minutes with a 5 minute change over.\nCompetitors are requested to report in 30 minutes prior to commencement of play.\nLunch break will be any time after 12:30PM\nPresentations will be made at the conclusion of play.\nIn the event of any dispute\, the Referee’s decision will be final.\nFinals will be played in each division.\n\nDress \n\nColoured garments and footwear must be approved or recognised Tennis attire – NO singlets\, board shorts or thongs accepted.\n\nFood \n\nLunch is available for purchase on arrival\n\nEntry fee includes tea\, coffee\, cakes and a sausage sizzle at the conclusion of the day. Drinks are at WTC bar prices.  \n                        \nFood: please bring along either a main course or sweet to share\, (could you please indicate if you are bringing a main course or sweets\, on the list on the noticeboard in the clubrooms) The same as for trophy night.  \n                        \nEntertainment:  Amy Shanti Heron.  \n                        \nOur Christmas Party will be held in the Clubrooms\,  on 24th November 2018\, 6.30-7pm drinks/nibbles/ Meal \, entertainment from 8-11.30. \nWe hope it will be another happy evening  for everyone\, at WTC.  \nNote: There is a communal charity (for Vinnies Wanneroo branch)  gift collection in the clubrooms\, there are 2 tubs: one tub is for gifts\, any age/adult  PLEASE LEAVE GIFTS UNWRAPPED. The second tub is for non-perishable items. we have until the Christmas party  to collect. Then Vinnies pickup\, they sort the donations into Christmas hampers and  distribute to  those families less fortunate than ourselves\, in time for Christmas.  Wanneroo Vinnies is trying to help 75 families in the immediate area.

SUMMARY:West Coast Eagles vs Collingwood Finals
DESCRIPTION:Hi Members \nAs the West Coast Eagles managed to “rather convincingly” win their semi-final match against Melbourne last Saturday\, we have decided to have a little social get together this coming Saturday\, 29th September to watch the Grand Final.  For those of you who are interested in joining us we thought if everyone brought a plate “of food” with them would be great.  What you bring is purely up to yourselves. \nAlso would be nice to see everyone dressed in either Black & White or Blue & Yellow to support either the Eagles or Collingwood.  Please note\, so there is no confusion\,  I am not trying to force anyone to support a team they wouldn’t normally support\, however it is just a celebration of both these teams successfully getting to the Grand Final and also good sportsmanship.  I hope to see a few of you this coming Saturday.  Please be at the Club around 12PM so we don’t miss out on the start of the game. \nSocial Tennis will still be on from 2PM as usual.
